Removal of air from the coupling drive

Air needs to be removed from the hydraulic drive of coupling if the pedal of coupling does not come back or comes back with delay, coupling is badly separated and if the hydraulic system of coupling was opened.

As the hydraulic system of coupling uses brake fluid, it is necessary to get acquainted with the corresponding instructions provided in the Head Udaleniye of air from the brake system.

Brake fluid is poisonous. Do not suck away brake fluid a mouth or through a hose at all. You store liquid in the capacity, casual access to which is excluded.

During removal of air without use of the special device described here in system there can be an air quantity. A sign of it is noise and the correct separation of coupling. In this case it is necessary to remove urgently air from system on HUNDRED with use of the special device.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1 Remove the lower cover of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower cover of a motive compartment.
2 Check brake fluid in the tank, if necessary add to the mark Max, address the Section Check of Levels of Liquids.

3 Remove a dustproof cap from the union for removal of air (the shooter on an illustration) on a working hydraulic cylinder. Put on a transparent hose the union.

4 Carefully check the union course. Apply a cap key to opening not to damage an union hexagon.
5 Ship the free end of a hose in the container with brake fluid to exclude hit in system of air.
6 Ask the assistant to press about 10 times a pedal of coupling and to leave it pressed.
7 In this situation open the union-3-, at the same time liquid will begin to follow. If the following liquid does not contain air bubbles any more, close the union.

You watch that the level of brake fluid in the tank significantly did not decrease. For this purpose add liquid.

8 Release a pedal of coupling and again press it 10 times. You keep it in the pressed situation and open the union for removal of air. Repeat this process so many time how many it is necessary in order that the following liquid did not contain vials of air. At the same time constantly add liquid in the tank.
9 Close the union on a working hydraulic cylinder. Remove a hose and close the union a cap.
10 Establish the lower cover of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower cover of a motive compartment.
11 Fill system with brake fluid to the mark Max.
12 Check operation of the brake system and coupling.

Removal of air with use of the device


On HUNDRED air from the drive of coupling is removed, as a rule, with use of the special device. The device creates pressure upon brake fluid.

Pressure should not exceed 2 bars.

13 Attach the device to the tank according to the description of his manufacturer.
14 Remove the working cylinder from RKPP, address appropriate section.

Do not disconnect a hydraulic hose, otherwise it is necessary to delete air from system.

At the removed coupling it is impossible to press a coupling pedal.

15 Put on a hose the union of removal of air of the working cylinder. Lower the free end of a hose in the container with brake fluid.

16 You hold the working cylinder of coupling so that the union was turned up.

17 Open the union and produce liquid until emergence of air bubbles stops.

Not to squeeze out a rod with the piston from a hydraulic cylinder, HUNDRED are applied by adaptation with a carving by means of which the rod is fixed or moved and moves forward. If such adaptation is unavailable, the rod needs to be held a hand. In this case the device for removal of air can create only insignificant pressure and has to be served by the assistant.

18 Slowly release a rod-1-on small distance and press again against the stop into the working cylinder. Repeat this process until to stop emergence of bubbles. After that close the union.
19 Install into place the working cylinder of the drive of coupling, address appropriate section.
20 Remove the device for removal of air.
21 Fill the tank with brake fluid to the mark Max. Screw a stopper on the tank.
