1 Remove a power shaft and clear it.

2 Cut bokorezam a collar of fastening of a cover of the internal hinge.

3 Remove by means of a drift a locking cover from a hinge ring.

4 Remove a cover from a ring of the hinge and remove it on a power shaft.
5 Erase a rag lubricant from the hinge.

6 Part with nippers a lock ring and remove it.

7 Vypressuyte a power shaft the corresponding tool-1-of the internal hinge of equal angular speeds-2-. At the same time the holder of the hinge has to lie on the support plate-3-.

8 Check existence of damages and dirt in the hinge. If necessary replace the hinge. Whenever possible do not disassemble the hinge.
9 Clear the hinge for what it needs to be sorted. In this case mark at an end face the provision of a nave of the hinge, a separator and the hinge relatively each other.

At assembly of the hinge observe special purity.

10 Remove an internal cover (side of the check point) through a power shaft.
11 If necessary cut cover collars on the external hinge and remove a cover through a power shaft. You watch that dirt did not get to the hinge.

When replacing covers use a repair kit. At cars with a big run it is recommended to replace the second protective cover also.

12 Carefully clear the hinge in a collected state.

13 Put on new covers. At the same time close sharp edges of a power shaft the corresponding plug or stick with a tape not to damage covers at putting on.

14 Fill the hinge with new special lubricant.

Lubricant is in a repair kit "A protective cover".

15 Put the internal hinge on a power shaft.

16 Establish with tightening adaptation-1-in a vice.

17 Napressuyte the hinge against the stop by means of the corresponding pipe-2-.
18 Remove tightening adaptation.
19 Put a new lock ring by means of nippers, watching its correct situation in a groove.
20 Fill external and internal hinges and protective covers with special lubricant of 80 g. You watch that dirt did not get to hinges.
21 Grease with a thin layer of Curil T or Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4 sealant sealing surfaces of a locking cover. Establish a cover.
22 Grease with a thin layer of Curil T or Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4 sealant sealing surfaces of a cover of covers. Establish a cover.

23 Fix a cover on a cover by means of a collar and nippers, for example, of HAZET 1847-1. You watch that the lock of a big collar lay between two openings of the hinge.

24 Put on a cover of the external hinge and fix it on big diameter.
25 Pull covers through a thickening on power shafts and fix by collars.
26 Establish into place power shafts.
