BMW 3 Series E46

1 Suck away oil from the tank by means of the corresponding device or usual shliyets.
2 Remove the lower cover of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower cover of a motive compartment.
3 Take off maple a belt, address the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.

Hit in a hydraulic system of any pollution is not allowed. Close open pipelines and hoses traffic jams or polyethylene, having fixed it by a rubber plait.

4 Release a collar-1-and disconnect the soaking-up hose.

5 Turn off a cap nut and disconnect the pressure head line-2-.
6 Turn off bolts of fastening-3-and disconnect a pulley keeping him from rotation for an internal hexagon-4 shaft of the pump a face key on 10 mm.

7 Turn off from above two bolts of fastening-6 pumps of the hydraulic booster and remove the pump.-3 bolts of fastening of a pulley,-7 pulley.

8 Insert into place the pump of the hydraulic booster and fix it by bolts.
9 Establish into place a pulley and fix it.
10 Fix the pressure head line by a cap nut.
The inhaling moments depending on diameter of a carving following:

M10 - 12 N • m
M14 - 35 N • m
M16 - 40 N • m
11 Put on maple a belt, address the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.
12 Establish the lower cover of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower cover of a motive compartment.
13 Fill system with new oil and remove air from system.

The liquid which was in the use repeatedly should not be applied.
