Check of level of oil in a manual box of gear shifting Visual check of tightness of the transmissionLeak of oil from the transmission is possible in the following places: – In a junction of a power shaft to the transmission. – About a masloslivny stopper. – About a stopper maslozalivny mountains - avalanches. For definition of the place of leak of oil perform the following operations: – Clear a transmission case. – Cover possible places of leaks with a thin layer of chalk or talc. – Make a trial trip on distance about 30 kilometers. – Lift the car on rise - a nickname or over a viewing hole and determine the place of leak of oil by smudges of oil. Eliminate leak and fill in oil in the transmission. Oil in RKPP should not be changed. 1 On transmission there is a stopper of a jellied mouth / measurement of oil which should be removed for check of level of oil. If the car is raised to provide access to this stopper, make sure that it is reliably fixed - do not climb under the car standing only on a jack!
2 For weakening of a carving stopper of a maslozalivny opening it is necessary to use a key with a face head. 3 Install the car on the elevator in horizontal position.
5 Check oil level. Level of oil has to be at the lower edge of a carving opening. If necessary add oil through an oil-filling opening. The type of oil is specified in the Section "Types of the Applied Lubricants and Liquids" of Specifications. 6 Screw up a stopper of an oil-filling opening and tighten it the moment 50 N • m
8 Through several kilometers check whether there is no liquid leak. 9 If you noticed that transmission demands a frequent dolivka, it can be only because of existence of leaks which should be revealed and eliminated before serious troubles appear. |
