Replacement of additional resistors of the fan of a heater

The heater without conditioner If the fan does not rotate only at one of speeds the reason, as a rule, lies in defect of the resistor. In this case it is necessary to replace a set of additional resistors.

At cars with air conditioning automatic equipment additional resistors are absent. Speed of the electric motor is regulated directly by the monitor the conditioner.


 REMOVAL

1 Uncover a fan wheel. The order of removal is given in the Section Removal and installation of the fan of a heater.
2 I will corrode Rasstykuyte and unscrew the screw of fastening of additional resistors from the electric motor.



 INSTALLATION

1 Fix additional resistors on the electric motor, join the socket.
2 Fix a fan wheel cover by four screws. The description of the subsequent operations is provided in the Section Removal and installation of the fan of a heater.
