Check level/replacement of oil in a reducer of the back bridge

When carrying out maintenance it is not required to change oil. At the same time it is necessary to check tightness of a reducer only.

1 Before replacement of RKPP oil it has to be heated-up up to the palm temperature for what pass on the car of 15 min.

Lifting operation and installations of the car on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation study Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and towage


2 Install the car horizontally on supports.

3 Turn out a stopper for an oil flood a-1-face key on 10 mm or on 12 mm. If an oil quantity pours out, the level of oil is normal, and the box is tight. Otherwise check a finger whether reaches the level of oil of the lower edge of an opening.

In the presence of more considerable leak of oil establish the reason and eliminate it.


4 Substitute capacity under a reducer. Turn out a drain stopper-2-and merge oil.

Points of sale of oil accept free of charge certain amount of the fulfilled oil. Therefore upon purchase of new oil keep the receipt and a canister for a possibility of delivery of the fulfilled oil! Protect the environment, do not pour out the fulfilled oil at all and do not delete it together with household waste.


5 A stopper of a drain opening magnetic that the metal shaving which got to a reducer was attracted to it. Wipe shaving from a stopper. After that delay a stopper with new aluminum laying of A22 x the 27th moment of 50 N • m.
6 Fill in oil in a reducer. The type and volume of oil is given in Specifications.

Oil for transmissions has high viscosity therefore it is not necessary to fill in too much oil at once. Wait some time and substitute capacity for collecting surplus of oil.


7 Delay a mouth stopper with new aluminum laying of A22 x 27 the moment given in Specifications.
