Removal and installation of the bearing of switching off of coupling Noise in the bearing of switching off of coupling in the switched-off state, that is at the pressed coupling pedal, indicates damage to the bearing. When replacing of the conducted disk it is recommended to replace also considered bearing surely.

1 Remove RKPP, address the Section Removal and the RKPP installation.
|
2 Remove the bearing-1-from a main shaft of a box. Take out-5 lever-4-from a spring bracket and remove it.
|
| - 1-and-2-designate the adjacent surfaces of the bearing and lever of switching off of coupling. |
|
3 Check a hand the bearing. For this purpose slightly squeeze the bearing and rotate it. It has to rotate easily. Otherwise replace it. |
|
|
|
|
1 Clear the lever and slightly grease its surfaces of sliding - F-with ESSO UNRIX S2 lubricant. |
|
2 In the presence of damages replace a spring bracket-5-and a sharovy finger-6-. |
|
3 Wipe the directing plug-7-.

| Do not grease the directing plug, otherwise the bearing of switching off of coupling can jam on the directing plug. |
|
4 Install the lever with the bearing on main shaft RKPP and fix by a spring bracket.
|
5 Clear the surfaces of sliding on the coupling switching off bearing. Do not wash out the bearing in gasoline. Surfaces-2 bearings of switching off of coupling have to adjoin to surfaces-3 levers. |
6 Establish RKPP, address the Section Removal and the RKPP installation. |
