BMW 3 Series E46

1 Remove the central console, address the Section Removal and installation of the central console.

2 Completely turn off lock-nuts and adjusting nuts of cables of the parking brake. 3 Disconnect an electric wire from the switch of the parking brake-1-for what press spring clips.

4 Unscrew screws of fastening and remove the brake lever.

5 Enter cables into the lever of the parking brake, insert a brake and fix it by screws.
6 Screw by hand nuts of cables of a brake.
7 Adjust the parking brake, address the Section Adjustment of the Parking Brake.
8 Include ignition. The control lamp of the parking brake has to go out. If it does not occur, adjust as appropriate the lamp switch.
9 Install into place the central console, address the Section Removal and installation of the central console.
